In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, OJ EU L 2016 No. 119), we hereby inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Lazarski University, 43 Swieradowska St., 02-662 Warsaw.
- The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the following email address: iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in the Online Training Seminars on Digital Entrepreneurship on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) - performance and taking steps to perform a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, legitimate interest, which is to ensure contact with participants, promoting and developing science, shaping and promoting academic staff, and promoting the Administrator's educational activities. The data may also be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
- Personal data relating to voice and image may be processed for information, promotional, and documentation purposes related to the Online Training Seminars on Digital Entrepreneurship on the basis of your consent. If you give your consent, we have a legitimate interest in documenting the events we organize in order to process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Personal data will be stored by the Administrator for the period necessary to ensure your participation or until any claims become time-barred.
- The recipients of personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions. Personal data may be transferred by us to entities that operate the Administrator's ICT systems and provide ICT tools or provide the Administrator with videoconferencing, postal, hosting, cloud, or document destruction services.
- Personal data will not be subject to automated decisions, including profiling.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Administrator, the right to rectify, delete, or limit the processing of your data, and the right to transfer your data. If you give your consent, you have the right to withdraw it by sending a statement to the following e-mail address: iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- You have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- The provision of personal data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Failure to provide data may result in the inability to participate in the event.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization unless required by the legal obligations of the Controller.
