In the third edition of the conference ‘Economic Turmoil in Contemporary Europe’ we continue the tradition of exploring problems of the European Economy and European Macroeconomic Policy and cordially invite researchers from different fields to share methods, exchange ideas, and discuss the recent results all located in Economics.
A constantly changing Europe dictates new metters for discussion. High unemployment, financial and debt crisis, youth unemployment, immigration crisis, Brexit, and perspectives of twospeed Europe or even European disintegration give rise to debates and encourage research on those topics.

His areas of expertize involve comparative economic systems, transition economics, economic growth and international economics.
Professor, Director of the Institute of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University, Japan, and a senior fellow of National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. Research Director of Russian Reserch Center (RRC), Institute of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University and senior fellow of center for Global Peace and Strategic Studies. Member of the executive committee of Association for Comparative Economic Studies. He received MA and PhD from Hitotsubashi University. He specializes in mathematical modeling of economic processes, the quantitative analysis of development and the comparative analysis of the Soviet and the post-Soviet economies.

Authors are welcome to submit abstracts of their papers electronically (MS Word or PDF format) through the system below.
The abstract should include the title of the paper; name of the author(s); affiliation, mailing address, telephone, and e-mail addresses of the author(s).
The abstract should outline the background, methodology, data, results and main contribution of the paper. Only abstracts of papers which have not already been published or accepted for publication in journals will be considered. The Conference Committee will review all submissions and the submitting authors will be notified of the decision on 30th of June 2018.
